These Pavé Rhinestone Fluorescent Neon Cat Ears are made from 3mm cast acrylic which is laser engraved (each rhinestone circle) and laser cut. They are attached to a metal headband and secured with zip ties.
Each Rhinestone is hand placed and glued. We engrave each Rhinestone circle so the Rhinestones sit just below the surface of the acrylic to ensure the Rhinestones will not come off during normal wear.
Even the Fluorescent Neon Rhinestones GLOW IN BLACKLIGHT!
